Jury: A Decision Must Be Made

Jury, the prosecution and the defense have come to a rest. You must now make a life-changing decision: which side made the most powerful and textually supported argument?

I expect you to be professional and follow correct academic procedures and formatting at all times.

The decision must be unanimous among all jurors. I expect textual support to be provided--from the prosecution, the defense, or both--to support your final decision.

Once you come to a conclusion, please alert Judge Greco with your decision.

Jury Description and Job Responsibilities

So you've had the unfortunate luck of being picked as a jury member? You're in a very important role--a heart-crushing decision is in your hands.

However, before you head to the first day of court, you should really know what duties and responsibilities are required of a jury member.

Using outside sources as your main inquiry, research what will be expected of you while sitting in one of the chosen jury seats. How are you to act inside the courtroom and outside the courtroom? I think these are things you should know before taking the juror plunge.
